We have an integrated practice that utilizes the strengths we have developed in two challenging areas of law - civil litigation and immigration. While our civil practice may provide the occasional intellectual challenge, it pales in comparison to the intellectual rigors of representing clients under the arcane laws of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Conversely, the practice of immigration has historically been removed from court litigation. Our comfort and willingness to go to litigation in immigration matters (particularly in recent years) allows us additional opportunities to compete for beneficial outcomes with matters before the Department of Homeland Security and its client agency, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Together, these two practice areas give our practice its vitality and strength in difficult cases.
